Pwht Technician

**Job Description & Requirements**:
1. Perform Post Weld Heat Treatment and Pre-Heating for all piping works of

various sizes using transformer in power plant, Petro Chemical plant, Oil

Refinery and Shipyard.

2. Supervise technician on site to ensure clients instructions and procedure are

on track.

3. Daily reporting of the work progress, handle technical procedure issues and

ensure the quality are according to test procedure.

4. Arrange for routine inspection, servicing of machine and equipment issue.

Upkeeping the maintenance record.

5. Coach and guide technicians for heat treatment operations.

6. Ensure completion of Test report collate and compile relevant approved

document.

7. Computer literate and demonstrate high communication skills.

8. Good understanding of English and Mathematics is required as work involves

controlling heating / cooling rates, compiling written reports, working with

figures (time v temperature rates), and understanding technical words.

9. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Singapore (Marine industry) similar role

within the heat treatment industry.
