**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Project Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing team across Project, Site team and Procurement in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements in order to maximize the process efficiency and project completion on time. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with clients, designers, vendors and contractors.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To observe the highest standards of ethics and integrity in undertaking both Quantity Surveying and procurement activities and act in a honest and professional manner that supports the standing of Reo Impex Pte Ltd.
- Review construction and design plans and prepare Bill of Qty (BOQ).
- Manage Project team to ensure Project List is created and updated on time and share the Project list to site every week.
- Liaise with Interior designers, clients, vendors, project team and procurement.
- To negotiate with Suppliers and ensure that they meet on time deliver, cost reduction, delivery, service and overall “Value” to the company with a strategic mindset.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, resolutions and opportunities.
- To guide and ensure that all team members are well versed on quantity surveying policies, procurement, including logistics and shipping (if applicable).
- To assign team team’s KPI and monitor it.
- Keeping track of materials and instruct to order when required.
- Document any changes in design and update the monitoring list.
- To conduct weekly/monthly review of Project status.
- Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
- Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**
