Journalist

A reputable Chinese business media in Singapore is looking for full-time journalist or creative writer in Singapore office.
**Responsibilities as journalist/Creative writer （Chinese Media）**
- Produce and edit the daily news;
- Research and produce good interview proposal which help to pitch for newsworthy story;
- Conduct the interview and complete the news report within 24 working hours;
- Creation of written and video content for social media publishing including but not limited to words, short videos, product photos, and post captions;
- Take charge of content production from start to end - ideating, producing, filming and editing;
- Able to do creative copywriting, and manage various advertorial and follow up;
- Attend the business events (virtual or onsite) to drive media brand awareness;
- Work independently and meet the production deadline;

- Good capabilities in observation, listening and analysis;
- A genuine passion in media and journalism and a good understanding of publication business;
- Capable in translation of business content;
- Able to work with multi-task;
- A good team player, fast leaner and able to manage the content from various sectors;
**Job requirements**:

- Strong writing skill is basic requirement;
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a-MUST in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates;
- Capability in video and photo production, platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, will be an advantage;
- Prefer education background in Journalism, Accounting/Finance, Business, and Economy;
- Technically savvy, strong computer skills and active in on social media platforms;
- Preferably Chinese
- Malaysian and China are welcome

**Job Types**: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
