Manage month end closing activity and ensure timely close of account
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Manage Fixed Asset including Capital Asset Acquisition Request (CAAR) submission, track actual capital spend and Fixed Asset count.
- Manage manufacturing cost accounting and annual stock take exercise
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls. Perform quarterly control review and ensure timely submission of all control deliverables
- Handle local tax filings and MIDA reporting
- Prepare local statutory account and ensure timely filing of statutory account
- Lead annual planning and monthly forecast process
- Drive process improvement project
- Provide guidance to AP and AR staff
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of experience in finance operations and control; experience in manufacturing sector will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in managing statutory filing and tax return
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and cost management.
