Our client is a prominent and growing enterprise and there is now a need for the business to hire a driven, dynamic and capable individual as their Senior Enterprise Risk and Compliance Associate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the organisation
- Working with business units in striking a balanced approach between business growth and risk management
- Supporting the business units’ risk representatives and Head in understanding how to identify risks and conduct risk assessments in their scope of work
- Conducting risk assessments, documenting and regularly reviewing risks of all types across the organisation
- Ensuring that all incidents are assessed correctly, tracked and escalated in a timely manner.
- Reporting and monitoring of the risks, fraud and key incidents to business unit heads, Risk Management committee and supporting the team in Audit & Risk Committees and Board of Directors reporting
- Developing content and conducting risk management training
- Liaising and working with Insurance broker/company to ensure that the known risks are covered
- Monitor and assess the organisation personal data protection and data governance policies and practices, ensuring compliance with the PDPA.
- Identify risks associated with the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal data and their impact and propose measures to manage the risks.
- Provide documentation of implementations and practices of the organisation data protection policies.
- Conduct audits, analyse findings, assess the risks and implement changes to address identified gaps.
- Identify and map out key stakeholder relationships, needs and interests, and coordinate with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
- Investigate and assess potential data breach and do the necessary escalation and notification to management and other government agencies Communicate detailed instructions or guidance on how data and information assets should be classified, handled, accessed and retained.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management or
- other related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience gained in an enterprise risk management/ internal/IT or external auditing or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills
