**Role**: Software Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Server, and Report Builder.
- Develop and deploy SSRS reports, supporting complex data structures and multi-tenant architecture.
- Create ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and manage scheduled data loads.
- Design and implement Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for large-scale data ingestion and transformation.
- Automate workflows and data collection using Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
- Work with SharePoint Lists and manage access and document permissions.
- Write complex SQL queries and DAX expressions to support analytical needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage tasks via JIRA, and provide technical leadership in BI projects.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent certification).
- 10+ years of experience in BI development using MSBI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and Power BI Report Server.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, SQL Server, and Data Lake Gen2.
- Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
