**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-person sessions for participants on designated topics.
- Design and deliver content to meet learning objectives effectively.
- Foster a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Collaborate with the organizing team to report on session outcomes.
- Document key observations and insights for continuous program improvement.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coaching or training in the relevant areas.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively design and deliver program content.
- Organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate about personal and professional development.
- Ability to manage group dynamics and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Client testimonials (if available) are a plus.
- Certification or being a certified trainer is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Pay: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
- Certificate of Participation provided.

**Contract length**: Varies based on program needs
**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability may be required

**Expected Start Date**: To be confirmed based on scheduling.
