**Job description**:
A prominent player in the banking industry is seeking a talent head of Credit Card Technology, This organisation offers a wide array of financial services. As the Head of Credit Card Technology, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology as a competitive advantage for the business growth and customer engagement strategies. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations of Personal Financial Services, encompassing Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture, Innovation & Solution Delivery Services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic initiatives and programs focused on enhancing Personal Financial Services, including unsecured loans, credit cards, and deposit products.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape technology solutions accordingly.
- Drive change implementation planning and management, anticipating business challenges and aligning T&O initiatives with organizational goals.
- Champion stakeholder alignment on T&O roadmaps and operating models, ensuring successful execution of strategic programs.
- Foster sustainable improvements by measuring benefits and aligning T&O resources with high ROI initiatives.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology and operational processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proven track record in scoping and evaluating technology solutions.
- Ability to navigate organizational ambiguity and diverse stakeholder views.
- Strategic mindset with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
