**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, and office administration matters.
- Familiar with HR functions in areas of recruitment, performance management, payroll, employee benefits, learning & development, establishing and implementing policies, records and reporting.
- Office administration management matters such as office maintenance, door access, phone system, printers, office supplies, etc.
- Manage, process, and maintain local insurance, work permits (if any), company certificates, and licenses in line with legislation and company requirements.
- Any other ad hoc projects or tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry with a good understanding of the business landscape
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, analytical, resourceful, and has good business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
