Singapore BIM ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Position Overview:
The incumbent will report to the Head of Structuring & Distribution and assist the team in structuring and executing new securitisation issuances and other distribution formats, and collateral management and investor reporting for existing securitisations. The incumbent needs to possess strong analytical and modelling skills with a background in corporate finance and capital markets.

**Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance and/or capital markets related activities in a financial institution.
- In-depth understanding of financing structures, terms, documentation for the relevant asset classes, especially strong in modelling skills both in terms of working with and/ or building new financial models in support of the team’s initiatives.
- Understanding / knowledge of securitisation and fund structures would be an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, with strong inclination/drive for self-improvement and to further individual and corporate goals
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong structuring skills with high numerical proficiency.
- Ability to interact confidently with colleagues and peers within the firm.
- Accept ownership and accountability for agreed upon targets and deliverables.
- Highly organised, motivated and strong prioritisation capabilities.
