**Responsibilities**:

- Developing in Java
- Understanding the technology stack and how it impacts their development approach.
- Agile development of feature based deliverables.
- Thorough testing of features built.
- Adhering to design guidelines and standards.
- Ensuring builds are completed without errors.
- Bug fixing
- Configure new reconciliation points and maintain existing instances of Application.
- Second line support along with the rest of the dev team.

**Skills**:
Must have
- Basic Knowledge of Java Language (1.5 years and above)
- Basic understanding the developing in a real-time, high performance, transactional environment
- Basic understanding of the data structures and algorithms
- Basic understanding of multithreading
- Knowledge of XML.
- Unix command line interface
- Understanding performance issues
- Team player with good interpersonal/communication skills

Nice to have

Experienced in Banking or Financial industry (optional)
