The key responsibilities of the TG MTJ PMO Lead are to manage the program and ensure smooth operation.
2 Duties
Manage Stakeholders and PSCs, including preparing and collating update decks
Develop project/program plans
Host Program/Project meeting to ensure smooth execution of various workstreams (MtJs)
Support the TG Leads in the execution of MtJs
Resolve and problem solve to meet timelines and targets
Escalate to MtJ Team Lead where needed
3. Requirements
**Prior Experience**: At least 5+ years of experience.
Program and Project Management - Planning, delivering complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple initiatives and teams
Stakeholder Management - Manage multiple stakeholders at CXO level
Storytelling - Able to craft and deliver a compelling narrative
Adept with Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
Problem Solving - Analyse business problems, identify key issues and come up with creative solutions
Ability to manage ambiguity and devise next step actions towards end outcome
Strong communication skills at all levels - working with teams, stakeholders and senior management
Able to collaborate and coach across functions and teams and to bring disparate people together toward a common outcome and manage conflict to resolve and achieve intended outcomes

Exposure to digital transformation, AI / ML
Customer Journey analysis and improvement
Change management of initiatives with significant impact
