**Responsibilities**:
- **Handle phone calls, answer general inquiries, and take/pass messages to recipients.**:
- **Responsible for incoming mail, and parcels.**:
- **Manage hardcopy filing of the front desk’s monthly report.**:
- **Summarise and verify retail transactions settlement for account use.**:
- **General ad-hoc administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.**
