**Job Summary**:
As a Foot Reflexologist at Wonderfoot TCM Massage, you will be responsible for providing professional and therapeutic foot reflexology treatments to customers in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) principles. Your role is essential in promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and enhancing the body’s natural healing process. You will also be expected to maintain a high standard of hygiene and customer service, contributing to a positive and rejuvenating customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform foot reflexology treatments based on TCM techniques and internal protocols.
- Assess clients' condition through consultation and adjust massage techniques accordingly.
- Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Maintain proper hygiene standards, including cleaning treatment areas before and after sessions.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences for repeat visits.
- Assist in promoting spa services and wellness packages where appropriate.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and safe throughout the session.
- Follow all workplace safety and sanitation standards.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated with company standards and new techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in foot reflexology preferred (on-the-job training may be provided).
- Certification in Foot Reflexology or related TCM massage training is a plus.
- Physically fit with good hand strength and endurance.
- Strong customer service skills, professional attitude, and good hygiene.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Indoor work environment in a massage and wellness setting.
- Long hours standing or sitting during treatment sessions.
- May be required to handle back-to-back appointments during peak hours.
- Must wear uniform and maintain professional appearance at all times.
