Delivery Partner, Rcm

This leadership role is responsible for driving consistent and sustainable, signings and revenue growth for the ASEAN Market within **Retail, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing (RCM) **vertical. The ASEAN Delivery Partner will work closely with RCM Industry Leaders to collaborate on market pursuits and practice building initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage medium to large scale projects start to end, through hands on supervision of a team to deliver projects on time and with acceptable quality.
- Responsible for complete engagements operations, revenue, business improvement and customer relationship.
- Review the operations regularly and update to senior management on business impact if any.
- Responsible for yearly business charter and resource plan in line with client requirement.
- Single point contact for any issues related to delivery/operations.
- Highest level escalation point in case of any Quality /Delivery within the projects/processes.
- Review the engagement health monthly and take corrective actions for improvements.
- Provide necessary support to the team on delivery/operation improvements.
- Account mining recommendations to client partners / account managers
- Evangelizing Service Line solutions to Vertical/Geos/Customers/Markets team.

- **Business Travel Flexibility**:Few weeks per quarter of domestic and International travel to attend business meetings

**Customer Management**
- Participate in customer visits, evangelize details of service capabilities, share points of views on technology trends and experiences from other customers.

- Customer Satisfaction: Quarterly and Annual CSAT measurement v/s targets.

**Experience Required : 15+yrs**

**Delivery Management**
- Relevant experience in operations & project management in RCM domain.
- Must possess strong collaboration skills and should work independently with functional teams within the organization and client. Line manage and develop a team of Professional Development Experts, the Leadership and Management delivery team in our business - Manage the operational relationship for existing major client accounts, including liaison with the Sales Lead on those accounts.
- **Driving Delivery Excellence in Transition and Steady State Operations Engagements.**
- Demonstrated experience of leading and managing execution of large projects as per defined KPI targets on metric, delivery and quality and direct authority over the project(s) assigned, alignment of Resource Response Plan with forecasted plan on a weekly/monthly level with direct responsibility for Performance and Quality Improvement Projects and continuous development within the assigned project(s)/Account(s).
- Lead by example, ensuring leaders are empowered and a 2nd line is constantly being groomed.
- Driving **proactive resource capacity planning, **talent acquisition and campus absorption based on business growth, Skill-diversity and pyramid building demand.
- **Delivery Governance**: Establish/Lead/participate Internal controls and Customer facing weekly, Monthly, quarterly governance.
- Participate in Service line Governance meetings and activities.
- Participate in governance calls in collaboration with the Vertical account teams / clients to help resolve technical / service delivery issues / customer escalations, if any.
- Delivery excellence in engagement renewals, closures.

**Revenue and P&L ownership**
- **Shared Portfolio P&L ownership, Managing Cost of Delivery and Margin improvement initiatives to improve project /account/portfolio GM against planned GM.**
- Support Revenue growth corresponding to the designated portfolio within the designated vertical.
- **Account Mining (Protect and Grow Existing Accounts), position for adjacent opportunities**
- Participate in due-diligence engagements, building business case and value proposition.
- **Effort estimation review and optimization, Delivery Model construction and reviews, Pre-sales support **and delivery model solutioning, Support Account team to win new logos.
- Support Verticals / Ge
