As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a fun team which will be working to support all business functions with but not limited to Risk/Operations/Marketing focus in Funding Societies. In short, the function of a data analyst is to understand the needs of the business and use data to derive a solution that you will then present, implement, and track and add value to the company and its performance. In addition to having a knack for problem-solving, it is crucial that you are willing to learn, understand, and hear the needs of our people.

**What will you do**:

- Work as a Senior Data Analyst, primarily focusing on the risk & operations domain.
- Build new frameworks for monitoring but not limited Operational risks.
- Help in report automation and reduce manual reporting.
- Partner with business teams to develop key metrics for measuring success
- Analyze large amounts of data from a wide variety of sources to discover insights into the risk of borrowers, as well as the operations of the company
- Communicate actionable and accurate insights to business stakeholders, including senior management
- Flexible and eager to learn different domains within bank.
- Eager to learn different tools/technology in analytics spaces
- Potentially lead a small team of junior DA in future.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- SQL
- Python
- Experience in working BI Tool (Qlik, powerBI, Tableau etc )
- Analytical mindset
- SDLC process/ Agile methodology
- User and stakeholder management.
- Clear and concise communication
- Great team player
- Leadership skill
- Domain expertise.( good to have risk/Operation domain, but not mandatory).
- Data modeling/warehouse experience
