**Responsibilities**:
- Video Production:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and audio recording.
- Capture high-quality footage in various settings (e.g., events, interviews, product showcases).
- Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting for all shots to maintain visual consistency.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lenses, microphones, and lighting rigs.
- Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into engaging, visually compelling videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- Trim and rearrange footage, add transitions, overlays, and special effects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the video content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
- Optimize videos for various platforms and formats (e.g., social media, websites, presentations).
- Post-Production:
- Color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production tasks to ensure high-quality final products.
- Manage video files, maintain an organized library, and ensure proper backup procedures.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and new technologies in videography and editing.
- Continuously improve skills and workflows to enhance video production quality and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Experience with audio recording and sound editing is a plus.
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities to convey messages effectively through video.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video projects is highly desirable.
