Gprnt (pronounced “Greenprint”) is a green disclosure and data fintech, backed by the Monetary of Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), with focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock and harness their own ESG data to transition business models and maximise economic returns in the green economy.

In doing so, we are standing up a refreshing set of ecosystem programs, activities and knowledge content to structure, promote and amplify action-centric sustainability solutioning. We aspire to become the global thought leader in relevant fields of significance, while building up the ESG community together with our like-minded stakeholders.
As such, we are actively seeking an exceptional **Program Manager**to join our growing ecosystem team in Singapore to help shape and grow the Green Circle (“GC”) membership programs.
As a Program Manager, you will be primarily responsible for ideating, curating, owning and running ESG-thematic programs and knowledge content to illustrate our power of discourse in the sustainability arena. These programs and content will help to crowd in and grow the community of like-minded practitioners and strategic partners, many of whom are to be groomed into longer-term GC members.
You will work closely with other ecosystem team members and ensure the GC programs are strategically aligned with Gprnt’s vision and meet the needs of our intended target audience and prospective members. This role requires creative thinking with strong execution skills to translate original, insightful ideals through the ESG lens into engaging program packages for the relevant stakeholders.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
**Program Ideation & Curation**
- Conceptualise, validate and develop fresh, insightful program ideas that reflect and incorporate key ESG themes of interest to the wider economy.
- Structure and produce flagship and thematic programs, incorporating elements from Gprnt and its partners’ solution offerings where appropriate, to showcase best practices, address key market pain points and convene actionable outcomes in identified ESG fields.
- Work closely with Gprnt’s event partners to ensure successful production and smooth staging of the relevant GC programs through the applicable cadence of global events.
**GC Membership & Engagement**
- Produce and regularly refine relevant programs catering to prospective and existing GC members’ interests and areas of expertise.
- Work with other Gprnt teams to promote and commercialise curated GC programs across multiple channels, including outreach events, digital platforms and social media.
- Closely engage the Gprnt ecosystem for feedback to ensure program relevance and value delivery to GC members.
**Strategy & Thought Leadership**
- Continuously innovate and enhance program offerings to meet the evolving needs of GC members.
- Research, formulate and execute strategies for program development and member engagement to ensure GC programs’ long-term relevance and credibility in establishing Gprnt’s thought leadership in the ESG space.
- Ensure GC programs align with Gprnt’s overall strategic direction in building up a comprehensive ESG data ecosystem.
**Ownership & Collaboration**
- Serve as the owner of GC program content, ensuring they are well-structured, organised, and up-to-date.
- Nurture and build relationships with relevant industry contacts to enhance overall programming of deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in program curation and management, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, tech, fintech or related sectors.
- Exceptional content structuring and communication skills, with the demonstratable ability to originate, articulate and package engaging ideas into cohesive programming.
- Creative and strategic thinker with superb executional competency.
- Outstanding ownership mentality, with attention to details and swiftness in taking action to get things done.
- Strong grasp of ESG concepts and their real economy implications preferred.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Prior start-up stints are highly valued.
