**Job Summary**
To assist with the design, facilitation / co/facilitation of learning and development initiatives that enable employees at all levels to develop relevant competencies that allow them to perform their roles to the standards required at TWG Tea. To instill a sense of pride and passion that enables each employee to become a brand ambassador for TWG Tea.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Follow instructions and guidance from L&D Manager and Training Manager with regards to all learning and development or training issues at TWG Tea
- Demonstrate ability to facilitate all relevant workshops and initiatives included in the TWG Tea learning and development curriculum to a professional standard (as laid out in the relevant TWG Tea facilitator guides)
- Proactively gather feedback from the L&D Manager and Training Manager regarding your ability to facilitate to the TWG Tea standard
- Ensure that training offered to Corporate Sales partners is facilitated to the same standard as those offered at the Tea Institute
- Being able to multitask, prioritise and execute all learning and development duties in Singapore (Tea Institute & Corporate Partners)
- Ensure that all competencies developed during TWG Tea training sessions (brand experience / selling / serving / managing / supervising / barman experience etc.) are checked using the correct evaluation tool
- Monitor the standards of training that is facilitated or delivered in all areas of the Operations - redirect or coach any individual who does not maintain the TWG Tea facilitating standards
- Ask for assistance with any areas of your role where you are not confident and/or do not have the required level of competence to complete the task successfully
- Suggest new topics or ideas for training that will support the operation and ensure that the learning and development opportunities offered will support employees in all stages of their journey
- Maintain active and high-level communication with all employees in the business - regularly visit the employees in their workspace to ensure that they feel supported and listened to - share regular feedback with the L&D Manager and/or Training Manager
- Assist the L&D Manager and Training Manager in establishing and maintaining an efficient and effective system that records all learning and development activities
- Ensure that individual feedback is recorded for all learning and development initiatives that happen at TWG Tea

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Trainer Certification eg. ACTA, ACLP
- Experience in the F&B and Retail industry, ideally experience in the luxury goods industry
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in the F&B/Retail/Learning and Development in a corporate environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in a second language (eg. Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, German)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct and follow structured training programs
- Able to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive, agile and adaptable team-player

**An advantage if you possess any of the following**:

- Experienced in creating training materials
- Prior experience in using Learning Management System
- Able to travel out-of-town and/or overnight from time to time (less than 10%)
- Genuinely enjoy working in an international team and meeting different nationalities on a daily basis
