We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Beauty Consultant to join our passionate team at ÉLÉVATIONE. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our luxury skincare brand. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for our customers while recommending and selling our exclusive skincare products and spa treatments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding the unique skincare needs of each customer and recommending appropriate products and treatments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of ÉLÉVATIONE's product range and spa treatments to effectively educate and assist customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized boutique spa environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a family-like environment and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in beauty sales and customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
- A passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A professional and polished appearance that aligns with our luxury brand.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is a plus.
