
Assistant Admin Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the corporate administration team and functions.
- Develop and implement administrative strategies, systems, and policies.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for administrative operations.
- Manage office facilities, vendor contracts, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Drive office improvement projects (e.g., digitization, relocation, continuity planning).
- Provide high-level support to senior management and corporate departments.
- Establish KPIs and lead performance reviews for the admin team.
- Represent the admin function in management and inter-departmental meetings.
- Foster vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- **Experience**:At least 8-10 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role with proven team management success.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability in handling confidential matters.
- **Languages**: Proficient in English; Mandarin is preferred for internal communication with HQ or China-based stakeholders.
