**EPECOM Graphics Pte Ltd **is a dynamic and fast-growing company that specializes in Digital media streaming, Video editing, Broadband & IPTV solution and 3D Printing. We are currently looking for highly-motivated and success-driven individuals to join our technical support team as:

- **Senior Support Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support on digital media solutions for IPTV & OTT projects
- Working with Telco companies and system integrators
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT / network-related matters, provide solutions and recommendations
- Provide after-sales support

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experience in broadcast, video streaming or networking related environment.
