DESIGNATION : Inside Sales Executive/ Indoor Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job purpose**:
You are part of the Device Connectors Sales team and directly support the Regional Sales Manager.

You identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales with the full range of Phoenix Contact products in both new and existing customers.

A long-term business partnership and achievement of Regional DC Sales goals are ensured through a professional customer approach.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support assigned outdoor sales team on quotations and appoints for potential customers to achieve positive contribution margin in overall sales target.
- Independently develop new customer, handling existing accounts and seeking appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues to the Reporting Manager if appropriate.
- Understanding customer needs, requirements, and expectations promptly to foster a positive relationship.
- Maintaining advance working knowledge of all customer service processes for different business segments and maintain a collaborative relationship with supporting departments with SEA Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communication, Quality & Assurance.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for assisting Regional Sales Manager in timely report submission, other sales
- related matters as well as ad-hocs tasks or projects as assigned.
- Updated with recent industrial and market business knowledge on area of responsibility:

- By representing the company in attending industrial events and fairs, roadshows and formal business functions
- Knowledge transfer within the BA DC SEA Sales & Marketing Team

QUALIFICATIONS

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years in Indoor Sales
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English and mandarin in both written and spoken.
- Pleasant personality with initiative and customer-oriented.
- Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
- Detail oriented, resourceful and ability to work independently.
