The HR Generalist (HRG) position is to support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization. The HR generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the HR team to plan and administer important functions, such as Employee’s Life Cycle Management, Recruitment & Selections, Campus Recruitment, Payroll & Operations.

**Responsibilities:
**a) **Recruitment & HR Administration**
- Maintain good relationships with business units hiring managers and internal stakeholders to stay abreast of current/ future hiring and HR matters.
- Manage end-to-end Campus Recruitment Activities including Internship calendar & Internship engagement.
- Assist in HR reporting, data analysis & HR metrics.

**b) **Payroll Operations**
- Be the primary backup support to Payroll team on payroll, Compensation & Benefits administration, including but not limited to Bi-Monthly Payroll Processing, Claims Validation, HRIS maintenance (i.e. Quick HR) & Management Reporting if any.
- Assist in providing support to employees on Payroll/ Compensation & Benefits matter.

**c) **Other Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support on Human Resources (HR) projects and initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure compliance local employment laws and regulations.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Meticulous, proactive, and good team player.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources field
- Additional HR experience in Recruitment & Selections, payroll management/ payroll processing on QuickHR will be a plus
