Events and Training Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects related to Events and Training function under Sales and Marketing Department
- Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events from venue sourcing, logistics requirement, budget planning and control, product flow, onsite execution to ensure smooth and profitable event execution.
- Coordinate and execute all event marketing and promotion (included Pre and post) via company communication channel to ensure achieve of event ticket sales target
- Manage of event plan and post event report and activities
- Plan, coordinate, conduct and monitor the overall company training system and related activities to ensure all training sessions/programs are implemented effectively, including training room rental & set up and related training administration, etc.
- Manage Trainers pool to ensure all trainers are qualified and adhere to training policy and stanadard
- Work closely with distributors via periodical visits; motivate and support them in increasing their momentum to drive sales growth.
- Act as Corporate Speaker for assigned training sessions and corporate events where necessary.Support field development special projects and other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree Holder preferably in Business, or related discipline. Fresh Grad is welcome
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and organize events
- Experience in public speaking and providing training is an advantage
- Good communication skills, presentation skills, and coordination skills with influencing power
- Excellent communications Mature, well-organized and good team player
- Excellent command of written and spoken in languages (in-view of business communicationAble to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally
