- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3500 + $100 Transport Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, create and execute creative concepts to support Marketing communications team.
- Stay up to date with B2B video marketing trend, to bring in new creative ideas to the team and to nurture creativity in the team.
- Working closely with Marketing Communications team and Global Media Designer team to achieve marketing objectives via compelling, visually appealing and innovative design.
- Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with Project Owner for B2B industrial business, to communicate with different region’s requirement on their local campaign and design the visual accordingly eg: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, S.E Asia.
- Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to project requirement for product launch and advertising promotions to include promotional assets (Social Media Video, Animation for ads/posts), Web assets (Digital Display Banners, Gif Images, Video), Knowledge Base (How to Technical Tutorial Video, Customers stories Video) and Marketing collaterals (Brochures, Whitepaper).
- Localise the graphic/video into local languages.
- Conceptualise and create engaging, informative story-telling video (to translate technical information into user-friendly and easy digest content).
- Manage and carry out all recording, editing, filming and encoding audio files for video projects from start to finish when required.
- Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met for video projects.
- Able to independently carry out full production work from ideation, planning, shooting, lighting to sound recording.
- Ensuring all visuals are consistent on brand and following Corporate branding guidelines across every channel and media.
- Support in photography and photo editing for employees, products and events.
- Conducting research on media techniques and new video ideas, keep the team up to date with the trends in design and technology.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Digital savy and with basic knowledge of managing YouTube Accounts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite eg: Premiere, After-Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
