Office Manager

This is a part-time work arrangement for a total of 2.5 days a week. Work arrangements are from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 3pm with a 1 hour lunch break. This is a work from home arrangement but you may be required to come onsite occasionally.
- Provide sales support function including drawing up of contracts and agreements and liasing with clients on various matters
- Lias with Sales Director in managing sales administration matters
- Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures
- Maintains office services by organising office operations and processes
- Oversee facility and asset management matters such as work-desk allocation, work scheduling, fixed asset inventory etc
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline the processes
- Perform adhoc HR functions
- Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
- In charge of company safety matters
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, sales support or similar functions
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Problem solving attitude
- Enjoys working in a team in a flat and open hierarchy
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
