【応募資格】
- 経営学、会計、財務の学
- もしくは同等の経験をお持ちの方
- 5年以上の経営企画に関する業務経験をお持ちの方

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Reports and data management
- Preparation the financial summary reports to the Management, based on various financial documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices
- Analyse current and past financial data and performance
- Create any materials to satisfy various purposes as required
- Report to Manager and Mangement on monthly or required basis
- Manage financial related data and the database
- Reporting Business plan by using BI
- Corporate Planning
- Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on the management instructions
- Incorporate information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the business plan
- Support to develop presentation material for management
- Review tender document and do the risk analysis
- Analyse client financial client
- Review internal meeting document to get the approval from HQ following HQ tender approval criteria
- Support in preparation of Internal Audit for HQ
- Coordinate for group companies BOD meeting
- Coordination with group companies for any report to HQ
- Assist to organize any meetings where necessary
- Collect market and competitor's data and do analysis for business planning
- Tender review and internal coordination
- Internal Control
- Subsidiaries Management
- Other Corporate Tasks

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning function.
- Working experience in Japanese or Foreign companies' HQ are advantage
- Working experience for contract management in construction or Engineering industries are advantages
