- Strong bias for data-driven decision-making and experience in distilling complex products
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field of study

Job summary
Interested in an opportunity to move fast and make a big impact? Amazon Points team is looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to build products that delight our customers. The role will work closely with global tech teams to champion product ideas from ideation and planning to execution.

You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will have good executive presence and excellent verbal/ written communication.

Key job responsibilities
- Own roadmap for Points customer facing features
- Conduct user research, stakeholder surveys as input to roadmap and feature prioritization
- Partner with Tech, UX, Data Sciences, Finance, and other collaborators to design and deliver an outstanding customer experience with Points
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large, cross-functional, customer facing products
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- A strong eye for designing elegant customer experiences and improving product usability
- Extreme curiosity and appetite for learning and growth
