**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of warehouse staff
- Execute and ensure warehouse activities such as incoming and outgoing, management of inventory, data entry and integrity are performed in a timely manner to support both production and sales department
- Execute and ensure inventory control processes are strictly complied and update weekly warehouse cycle count. Ensure staff are adhered strictly to operational procedures, safety, security and quality policy
- Liaising with other departments (Production, Purchasing, Order Administration & Finance)
- Oversees both inbound/outbound and sea/air-freight operation
- Freight bills verification and negotiation with 3PL service providers

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Warehouse management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of incoterms
- Good experience with warehouse management skills
- Good people management skill, able to lead a warehouse team as well as to maintain good working relationship with various internal/ external stakeholders.
- Dynamic, self-disciplined and highly motivated yet flexible and capable of delivering results under pressure
