**User Access Support**

Job Title: User Access Support

Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore

**About the Job**

To provide user access administration and support, including maintenance of software/hardware license, and maintenance contract renewal.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Application first level support.

2. Perform access administration as per Account Requests, Service Requests, and Password Reset Service Requests.

3. Configuration of default access for new onboarded systems or change request.

4. Monthly operational reporting.

5. Assist in system testing due to fixes, enhancements.

6. Coordinating annual account ID verification exercises.

7. Assist in reorg activities.

8. Assist in providing and extracting data for audit purposes.

9. Any other duties as required by the corporation.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or related qualification.

2. At least 5-10 years of experience and at least completed 5 projects in that role.

3. Prior experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) (i.e. SailPoint IdentityIQ).

4. Prior experience in helpdesk support.

5. Knowledge on IT matters.

6. Familiarity with maintenance of various software/hardware license.

7. Good communication skills.

8. Good command of written and verbal English.

9. Detail-oriented and meticulous.

10. Able to multitask with mínimal supervision.
