Work Location: Tampines industrial park
Work Day: Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities
- Know the technical details of your process as well as systems related to your job requirements
- Work together with the areas of Engineering, Systems, Materials, Production and Maintenance in the immediate solution of any situation that impacts the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with Management in the development of processes, plans and strategies for process implementation and the obtaining of new manufacturing projects
- Collaborate with Management in promoting teamwork
- Comply with the Quality objectives established within its area of responsibility
- Collaborate proactively in the continuous improvement of processes in order to become more efficient and flexible
- Collaborate with other areas of the Plant to find solutions to problems that affect the client's commitments
- Execution according to measurements of Quality, Production Volume, Process Capacity, Efficiency, Product Integrity, Product Certifications, New Products, Costs and Inventories
- Generation of performance reports for your area of responsibility
- Involve in cycle time & capacity improvement by working with all internal departments

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline with min 3 years relevant experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment
- Be proactive to participate and execute in accordance with company's standards of conduct
- To have an effective and continuous communication inside and outside of the company that minimizes misunderstandings or false expectations
- Act with responsibility, ownership, initiative and leadership
- Be disciplined, punctual and have a sense of urgency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month
