We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our operations team to drive the overall demand planning and optimization process.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Drive the overall planning process by creating & owning both top-down and bottom-up forecast plan. Lead the collaborative planning cycle with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory investments are aligned with product & marketing strategies.
- Own the demand allocation process end to end (from freight schedule allocation to sales channel inventory distribution) to maximize sales and inventory turns.
- Continuously bring improvement to existing forecasting logics / tools /processes for better accuracy and related business metrics optimization.
- Own the repeat purchase order calculation & planning on regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- In depth knowledge of planning logic / models. Strong understanding of retail metrics around sales & inventory.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytical tools. Excel proficiency is required.
- Ability to understand, assess, and problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills. Attention to details.
- Team player. Strong communication skills.
