The Management Trainee is responsible to support the entire warehouse operations. The role will support inbound flow for Singapore local market and Singapore regional warehouse, and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Retail Team, E-Commerce Team, Merchandising Team, and any external parties such as freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Support shipment loading & unloading activities.
- Ensure good quality and condition of all products, in compliance with the standards set by the Company.
- Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise.
- Work with retail operation and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Degree qualifications in Logistic, Supply Chain or any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS experience is an added advantage
- Physically fit to handle up to 20kg of load
- Good team player with good time management
- Able to work on weekends
