Content Creator and Live Streaming Specialist

We are seeking energetic, creative, fun and talented individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting live streaming events across various platforms sharing health, wellness and lifestyle tips, developing engaging content across our social media & e-market platforms to enhance our brand’s online presence and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and host daily live streaming on Shopee, Tiktok, META and other platforms as assigned.
- Preferably able to provide health talks for offline events, or record videos related to health talks for social media, if any.
- Conduct product training
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance and live streaming metrics to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
- Account / Client Relationship Management to strengthen relationship with clients through periodic business reviews and activity updates.
- Manage a pool of part-time or ad-hoc content creators and live streamers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in publishing social media content online and hosting live streaming.
- Preferably with Nutritionist/Dietitian background.
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live).
- Excellent visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full time position and work schedule will be from Mondays to Saturdays (6 days work week) based on hybrid work arrangement.
