Singapore TAPRO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

To monitor the installation progress as well as coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.
- Proficiency in BMS/BAS platforms, SCADA integration and data-driven energy analysis.
- PLC, DDC Programming.
- To report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
- To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E-related works with project teams.
- To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
- To assist the Project Manager to negotiate/procuring materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with (or below) the allocated approved budget.
- To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
- To have experience in working at Data Centre.
- Mechanical: Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
- Electrical: Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS

**Requirements**:

- Building Automation Systems (Extra Low Voltage (ELV)
- Navisworks
- Knowledge on Revit will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Office
