**Technology Architect, Group Technology Architecture** **-** **(**240001I8**)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Solution Design
- Lead the solution design and development of solutions that meet the business and technical requirements.
- Define and document architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and development teams, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.

Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to understand their strategic objectives and define the technology roadmap for the respective domains.
- Engage with business stakeholders, including private banking executives and relationship managers, to understand their needs and translate them into technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring their solutions align with the enterprise architecture and meet business requirements.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry innovations to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Governance and Compliance
- Conduct regular architecture reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and address any architectural risks or issues.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and guidelines.
- Enforce governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related.
- Proven 15 years IT experience including at least 8 years of experience in a similar enterprise or solution architecture role, with excellent track record of delivery.
- Strong knowledge of private banking and wealth management products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and proficiency in architectural modeling tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions, including integration, data management, and security.
- Strong technical background in integration with a good understanding of API/Microservices concepts, software design patterns, event based processing, XML concepts and tools (DTD, XSD, XML parsers).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, ITIL, or CISSP, are highly desirable.
