**Summary**
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for Trade Settlements and Corporate Actions functions.
- Drive discussions on risk and control issues and ensure that gaps are duly addressed.
- Prepare periodic reporting for the Management.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (such as custodians, sub-custodians, agents, brokers etc.) to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations in Private Banking & Treasury Operations Teams as well as and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Be the main driver for Private Banking & Treasury Operations strategy, encompassing service delivery, risk and cost control, vendor management, work process improvement/automation etc.
- Responsible for daily trade processing and liaison with Relationship Managers on matters pertaining to payments.
- Prepare trade confirmations and SWIFT messages.
- Process fund transfers for trade settlements of Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, Dual Currency Investment, FX Operations & Structured Products as well as payments in a timely manner.
- Provide support in the opening and closing of CDP and custodian accounts.
- Affirm SGX trades via PSMS (Pre-settlement Matching System).
- Perform daily and monthly cash & stock reconciliations with internal and external parties.
- Review inward SWIFT messages relating to Corporate Actions.
- Disseminate corporate action notifications received from custodians and ensure timely receipt by Front Office.
- Participate in work improvement/automation projects and user-acceptance tests as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised Bachelor Degree in Business, Accountancy, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking and Treasury Operations.
- Experience in handling investment products, such as equities, fixed income, mutual funds, unit trusts, structured products etc.
- Prior knowledge of voluntary corporate actions would be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills.
