- **Troubleshooting**: Identify problems on-site and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- **Material Management**: Ensure the procurement, delivery, and proper storage of materials, and minimize waste.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Monitor project timelines and costs, reporting any discrepancies or delays to higher management.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of daily operations, work progress, and incidents, and submit regular reports to upper management.
- **Crew Training**: Train workers on new techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use as necessary.
