Planner (Ref: Gas)

Office hours; Mondays to Fridays

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage demand planning process and stocking strategies by collecting demand from internal customers e.g. sales team in SEA
- Plan and stock items via ‘Plan for Every Part Process’ (PFEP)
- Manage the execution of Kanban,/Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) Programs - Contract review, stakeholder communication and implementation
- Manage and maintain healthy inventory over sales
- Liaise and work closely with both Customer Service and Buyer Teams and update them on any supply situation
- Manage weekly inventory report
- Work closely with sales team to handle supply management for customers’ inventory stocking. Design VMI, Kanban, planning for customers
- Consolidate ASEAN inventory reports monthly
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Material Planning, preferably in MNC or manufacturing environment.
- Previous hands-on experience in Kanban replenishment / pull system is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
