Repair Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated** Repair Supervisor **to lead our dynamic team at our Singapore Repair Station. You will be responsible for oversseing all repair activities, ensuring the facility operates smoothly, and mantaining the highest quality standards in the overall cleaning, maintenance, and repair of air cargo containers.
** Responsibilities**:

- Provide training, conduct safety briefing and demonstrations of the CSafe containers.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct sample audits and prepare/handle/manage authority audits when required.
- Supervise staff and assign tasks as required. Monitor day-to-day operations.
- Receive, inspect, and release CSafe containers.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts and reassemble equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and service on CSafe containers.
- Perform testing/troubleshooting of CSafe containers.
- Operate hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices.
- Clean inside and outside of containers.
- Prepare outgoing containers for shipment.
- Understand and follow procedures within maintenance documents.
- Loading and unloading of trucks with forklifts.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain repair facility in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
- Follow STOP safety procedures.
- Demonstrate and maintain lean (5S) principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years practical, hands-on aviation maintenance, general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration related experience preferred
- 3+ years supervisory/lead experience
- Certifying Staff (C/S) experience, preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic electrical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of maintenance manuals
- Read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills.
- Must possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Must demonstrate organizational skills and exercise attention** **to detail.
- Ability to shift priorities while meeting turnaround time.
- Must be able to work well as a team and independently.
- Must be safety oriented.
