- **Job Summary**

To lead a team to process payment of compensations, gratuity, pension, and civilian payroll.

**Key accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of administrators and monitor daily operational activities in the processing of payroll and benefits transactions.
- Ensure that payments and deductions are made timely and accurately in accordance to stipulated policies and guidelines within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform reconciliation and raise Journal Vouchers (JV) whenever required.
- Report KPI adherence timely and respond to clarifications during verification exercise and audit checks.
- Handle escalated enquiries and feedback provided by customers.
- Understand new policies and/or policy changes and assess impact to systems and procedures.
- Review work processes and identify areas to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Brainstorm possible scenarios and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure changes are implemented accurately in the system.
- Conduct periodic self-audit checks, investigate discrepancies, complaints and feedback and establish corrective/preventive procedures to prevent the occurrence of problems and to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/ Work Instructions (WIs)/ Checklists/ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
- Any other projects or work as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in HR or business admin preferred
- Fresh Graduates may apply
- Good with numbers
- Good customer service skills with experience in benefits and claims processing, payroll processing, and/or good telephone etiquette preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
