**Key Responsibilities**

1. Providing operating support to the business achieving operational efficiency of end to end workflows in PB.

2. Responsible for the implementation of PB control and monitoring functions.

3. Supporting the business to achieve its operating goals and objectives.

**Job Duties**

1. Support the Operational Control and Operational Risk functions of PB in managing the daily run-the-bank processes.

2. Provide operational support in PB new product / service roll out process.

3. Work with other departments (not limited to Accounts, ITD, Operations, Main Branch and LCD) and external counterparties or service providers to resolve production issues timely.

4. Participate in the implementation activities of PB or branch initiated projects:

- Support the business to implement the desired workflows in Singapore branch
- Create, update and review policies & procedures
- Support other work-streams in the project cycle to meet deadline
- Co-ordinate the UAT in Singapore and actively participate in the UAT

5. Attend to requests or queries from service providers, Operations, Internal Auditors and External Auditors on operations related matters.

**Required Experience and Competencies**

1. Experience and knowledgeable with private banking/wealth management industry.

2. Good knowledge on wealth management end to end processes; meticulous in checking details.

3. Understand the importance of compliance, operational controls and escalation processes.

4. Project Management experience is preferable.

5. Proficiency in English and a fairly good demand in Chinese.

6. Ability to work independently and harmoniously with stakeholders as a strong team member.

7. Possessing problem solving skill and self-driven are essential.
