T&G Global is a global leader in fresh produce, delivering premium fruit and vegetables to consumers worldwide. As we embark on an exciting phase of expansion into new markets across Asia, we are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to play a pivotal role in this growth journey.

**The Role**:
In this newly created position, you’ll lead projects to establish offices in key Asian markets, ensuring our sales teams can activate their business development activities quickly and effectively. Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects that lay the foundation for our expansion.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Drive the establishment of office entities in key Asian markets, ensuring smooth delivery of all administrative, legal, capability and operational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align cross-functional teams, map out workstreams, and maintain consistent communication to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide financial analysis, research, and insights to inform expansion strategies and support critical decision-making.
- Inspire and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their alignment and active participation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, utilising tools like Jira to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.

**About You**:

- A background in managing complex, end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders, consistently achieving milestones on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights to inform high-level decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of aligning diverse, cross-functional teams across cultures and geographies to drive shared objectives.
- A pragmatic approach to solving problems and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira and PMO frameworks, leveraging these to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
