Our client is the leading distribution platform that encompass luxury retail, online commerce, consumer marketing, and supply chain management, all integrated for effective brand-building.
With this role, you will be reporting to Senior Brand Manager or Business Manager. You're responsible for crafting and implementing marketing, PR, sales, and promo strategies within brand guidelines to drive sales, driving all marketing planning and all communications, activations of the brand within Singapore.
With working closely with the General Manager, you'll manage CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution for a consumer-centric brand experience.

Channel & Retail Marketing
- Act as the main marketing liaison, developing and executing channel marketing plans, overseeing promotions, animations, and consumer activations.
- Ensure flawless, on-time execution of all marketing activities, both online and offline.
- Play a pivotal role in new point-of-sale (POS) openings, such as boutiques and SIS.
- Analyze potential partner relationships for product range, positioning, pricing, and promotions.
- Effectively collaborate with channel partners to align and execute product and trade marketing objectives, plans, and activations and to strengthen channel customer relationships.
Product Management
- Consolidate and update post-campaign reports, providing sales results and ROI analysis.
- Manage forecasting, sampling, and product launches for trade and retailer activities.
- Ensure timely product registration in Singapore.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and plan proactive actions.
- Oversee the execution of product launches and trade marketing activities to build brand awareness, retain existing costumer and increase sales.
- Track business and channel sales performance and develop action plans.
- Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plans.
- Manage the budget and full P&L.
Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)
- Defines local CRM campaign priorities and builds the campaign calendar.
- Maintains current and relevant customer segmentation for each campaign.
- Develops compelling brand communications for the right product mix.
- Maximizes the use of customer information, such as purchase history, in marketing programs.
- Strategizes, develops, and executes CRM programs.
- Evaluates CRM campaigns against target KPIs and shares insights.

- Over 4 years of beauty/FMCG brand management and/or marketing experience.
- Experience in luxury beauty or consumer brands is a plus.
- Proficient in P&L understanding.
- Strong industry insights and business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven sales track record in a target-driven environment.
- Effective people management skills, including motivation and coaching.
- Meticulous, highly analytical and a problem-solver.
- Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities.
- Passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail.
