in-charge of controlling the integrity of the BIM model based on BEP and BIP requirement.
- In-charge mainly on BIM Coordination and Collaboration on all trades such as Architectural, Structural and M&E.
- In-charge of VDC presentation including BIM Progress Report and Clash Detection report
- In-charge of troubleshooting Revit technical issues
- In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project sheet setup
- Familiar with Singapore BIM guide and Singapore BIM Particular Condition by BCA and its implementation
- Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Needs and Requirement.
- Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- To have good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.
