Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager. The role is to contribute to the coordination, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies and plans to support broader business objectives and enhance the company's external profile and reputation.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;- Outreach to potential partners from various verticals to drive our key business objectives- Plan and manage the day-to-day casual leasing activities & operations across all assets- Negotiation of casual leases with consideration to budgets, tenancy mix, availability and merchandise mix goals- Manage and achieve the mall’s annual casual leasing budgets to align with the organization’s objective- On-going management and maintenance of relationships with clients/partners, whilst delivering results in a professional manner- Be actively involved in market research & continue to seek out new leasing opportunities that are aligned with the mall’s tenant mix- Evaluate partnership performances and make recommendations for retention/ extension/ drop off of partnerships- Involve in event activation to create high-impact partnerships to grow all assets presence.- Manage events with partners and internal teams (e.g. Loyalty, Asset Marketing)- Keeping up to date with current markets and market trends, consumer needs and attitudes- Review placemaking objectives and plan execution roadmap in tandem with the assets’ brand offering and DNA- Follow-up of relevant document requirements (Tenancy Agreement, Letter of Offer)- Manage all partnership agreements with partners and internal teams (e.g. legal team)- Where required, to assist retail marketing teams in the areas of campaigns, events, social and digital communications.

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communication.-
- Experienced in implementing marketing initiatives and/or knowledge and in-depth understanding of marketing and casual leasing and event management- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in events, retail, and partnerships or related field- Knowledge of MS Applications- Good spoken and written English- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills with proven ability to think corporately and act accordingly
