Role description:
This position reports to the director and interfaces with both organisation managers and consumers. K&Y Services is committed to an employee

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Trainee will have a deep understanding of the singapore building codes, acts and regualtions and be able to properly adhere to them
2. Trainee will be able to procure any required inventory Trainee will be able to liaise with current suppliers Trainee will be able to source/negotiate with current suppliers
3. Trainee will be able to lead a team of workers on projects Trainee will be able to liaise with clients regarding the current progress of project Trainee will work with clients if there are issues during the project
4. Trainee will be able to schedule the time of workes so projecting happening concurrently do not lack manpower
Competencies:
1. Understanding local codes acts and regulations
2. Procurement responsibilities
3. Managerial skills
4. Scheduling and manpower placement responsibilities
