We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Relations Executive/ Senior Executive to spearhead our external and internal communications. You will represent the company in handling public relations, media requests and collaborate with our Public Relations Agency in certain markets. In addition to managing external comms for the Tan Chong Group, you will be responsible to plan and execute influencer marcomms campaigns that promote a positive brand image in line with our Company’s goals, branding, and advertising objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in developing effective brand Relations strategies as well as execute influencer marcomms for Motor Image and Tan Chong International Group (TCIL).
- Work with local and regional departments to ensure timely submission of all comms materials such as media releases, statements, media kits etc.
- Assist with the creation and curation of content for Intranet or requested material.
- Assist to work closely with internal stakeholders on customer comms materials, including displays for showrooms, letters to customers, EDMs, etc.
- Assist to work on conceptualising, planning and implementing 360 Public Relations campaigns through alignment with internal stakeholders as well as the Public Relations agency for activations, events, influencer engagements, track and store media clippings.
- Facilitate and propose 360 SG media and Public Relations engagement plans.
- Compile materials for Public Relations / Comms awards submissions and identify occasions and opportunities to amplify key messages.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on TCIL and SubaruAsia website text content refreshments.
- Assist to coordinate with local and regional teams in determining the need to respond and draft holding lines for incidents and crises if any.
- Track announcements and developments by local and international regulators.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on updating external communications calendar for Subaru.
- Ensure all website content is up to date. Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Requirements:
- Degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing or other related disciplines.
- 3-4 years of Marketing and/or Communications experience, specifically working with influencers on influencer marketing campaigns in Southeast Asian markets.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to handle work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Entrepreneurial thinker who is creative and takes initiative.
