In your new role you will:

- Lead a team of planners to **manage outsourced partners** in meeting customers’ **demand fulfilment** based on agreed secured capacity.
- Responsible for **supply chain KPIs**, driving operations excellence engaging up to subcontractor site top management level as well as **continuous improvement on workflows**.
- Oversee the **planning and preparing** of overall **production schedules** and departmental workflows to establish **sequence and lead time** of each production operations according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or relevant field
- More than **10 years** of experience in **Supply Chain** roles with at least **5 years** of experience **leading a team** - preferably operational and functional track records
- Able to **lead in a cross functional environment** with organizational leadership skills: reliable; change agent; people oriented; approachable; team player
- High proficiency in **Demand / Supply Planning**, S&OP, Manufacturing Planning tools as well as digitalization platforms, preferably in **Semiconductor industry**:

- Knowledge of **SAP, Logistics, Procurement** a plus
- Possess critical-analytical thinking & continuous improvements skillset as well as data analytics capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate both internally in a diverse global organization setup as well as externally to Subcontractors' top management level.
- Responsive, **customer-oriented mindset** and able to maintain appropriate balance in a dynamic environment
